Your privacy on this website

Last updated October 1, 2026

This page explains, in plain words, what this website collects and what happens to that information.

What you share with me

The site only collects what you choose to type into one of its two forms:

• Send a Message (on the About Bob page): your name, email, phone number if you give it, and your message.
• Email me the guide (on the Right-Sizing page): your name, email, and phone number if you give it.

I use what you send only to reply to you and to help with the question you asked. I don't sell your information, and I don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask me to.

The Right-Size checklist

The checklist on the Right-Sizing page works inside your own browser. Your answers are not saved or sent to anyone.

Who handles the information

The website is hosted by Netlify, which receives the forms and passes them on to me. Like most web hosts, Netlify may keep basic technical records of visits, such as an IP address and the time of a request. The site's fonts come from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google to load them.

Tracking

This site has no analytics, no advertising trackers, and sets no cookies of its own. If the site ever adds analytics, trackers or cookies, this page will be updated first.

Links to other sites

Links to Facebook, LinkedIn, Bob's Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices home search or other websites take you to services with their own privacy policies.

Correcting or removing your information

If you'd like to see, correct or remove anything you've sent me, just ask. Email bob.wertheim@bhhsamb.com or call (402) 510-8093.
